The You Said... We Did Report is an effort to close the feedback loop in the college-student partnership to engage in continuous quality improvement (CQI) of the MD program. Thus, this report provides responses to, and summaries of the college's actions to address, student feedback compiled from the December 2022 Independent Student Analysis (ISA).
The 2023 You Said... We Did Report consists of two installments, allowing time for the development of improvement projects. The first response, published in July 2023, was intended to raise awareness, educate, correct misperceptions, as appropriate, and share additional details to establish the larger context for the college's response to the ISA Report's concerns and recommendations. The second response further communicates to students how the college is addressing the areas of concern with CQI projects. Both sets of responses are presented in the below report.
